Update 6/4/2017: Made zip tie holder slightly larger; small (2.6mm x 100mm) zip ties did not fit in notches. Update 5/12/2017: Created left side and right side for underbed mount, increasing base to 3mm on both extend and corner piece. A bug prevents the base from loading in Cura 15.03; check out the issue at https://ultimaker.com/en/community/16787-cura-150602-does-not-create-infill-in-shaft. LexDK's idea of putting cables under the bed inspired me to take it further and make it easier to mount the end chain to the bracket by turning it into a two-piece system (I've made two versions: one with zip ties and another with nuts and bolts). I also opened up the management trays for easier wire addition and removal, extended them for better security, and used Ryks corner bracket modified for this setup. Print Settings: Printer: Anet A8 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% How I Designed This: Windows 10 3D Builder is my go-to tool; it's simple and easy to use, unlike most other 3D programs out there. I uploaded the STL file into 3D builder, stripped away unnecessary pieces, and piece-welded all the parts together to get what I wanted.
