I printed Yoshi's tensioner, then I replaced the component holding the idler with this one, Part 3. This particular item is designed to securely hold toothed idlers with an M3 or M5 axle, much like my X-axis tensioner features a conical mount for the bearing. Due to a crack in my printed part, I decided to make it slightly thicker. However, because of its increased size, you won't be able to reach the nuts on the attached backplate, so I recommend using some glue to facilitate mounting. Update: I have added versions compatible with 3mm and 5mm axles. Consider: standard bearings (F623ZZ) are not suitable for this part. What you need for this component: 1. One GT2 toothed idler with the following specifications: - Inner hole diameter of either 3mm or 5mm - 20 teeth - Outer diameter of 18mm - Thickness of 9mm - An M3 or M5 screw, 30mm in length - An M3 or M5 nut - A separate M3 screw, also 30mm long - A separate M3 nut You will still require parts 1 and 2 from Yoshi's tensioner.
