I created this remix based on CH35C0's original design, which can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2149867. To ensure a proper fit for most prints, I scaled down the screw in several key areas. The pitch of the thread and clearance were adjusted to accommodate the redesigned dimensions. I also shortened the length of the screw body and its head to create a more streamlined fit. The main Y tensioner component remains identical to CH35C0's original design. My primary goal was to enable printing without requiring precise scaling. The M10 x 1.25 thread is standard, but I slightly reduced the thread size by 0.02mm in Fusion 360 to provide additional clearance and a better fit with the printed plate.
