Anet A8 Y Belt Tensioner
thingiverse
I'm using the upgrade kit from this thing http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1718315 as a starting point to create a custom remix, specifically focusing on the tensioner component. I've introduced a dovetail connection between the top and base elements for improved alignment and positioning accuracy. Additionally, I've reduced the height of the side mount holes and made some shape modifications to optimize the printability of this part. To assemble this remix, you'll need a 19 mm M3 screw for the roller mount; using longer screws won't fit due to the top element's design constraints. If you decide to use a Y-belt tensioner instead, you'll require an additional back plate fix element, which I've also included in this custom creation.
