Anet A8 Y belt tensioner
thingiverse
I'm making my own tensioner because the one I found here broke yesterday. To create it, I started by modifying the original part to remove any unnecessary features. This allowed me to print each half separately without needing any support material. The front plate of my custom tensioner requires a bit of sanding to smooth out its surface. To assemble and secure the two halves together, I need 2 screws that are 30mm long with M3 threading, along with their corresponding nuts.
