As I swapped out my motor dampeners, which are now 6mm deep instead of the standard 4mm, the bed's subframe continued to collide with the Y motor after installing Dani203's replacement. To resolve this issue, I re-created the part using Fusion 360 and referenced the original STL file. I then thinned the wall on the motor side by an additional 2mm to ensure a smoother fit. Additionally, I enlarged the slots for nuts slightly, as they were extremely tight in their original configuration.
