I attempted a remix of an elfco's good design, but the parts snapped each time I tried printing it in PLA. This version uses any standard M6 bolt (mine is about 50mm long) and matching nut instead, and includes an outer frame to protect the main body legs from stress when tightened. The overall length is longer, giving more adjustment, so you can use the original belt. An optional point impact spreader for the bolt is included to avoid frame damage and distribute the load. Designed to work with a toothed 3mm GT2 idler pulley, such as this example source: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3D-Printer-GT2-Idler-Pulley-Toothed-and-Smooth-3mm-Bore-for-6mm-wide-belt-/191972288792?var=&hash=item2cb270a918:m:md9FbOxwy_8duyeHBjmbK6A
