I redesigned this part because other designs I had tried didn't securely hold my aftermarket belts. The aftermarket fiberglass belts are thinner than others, which allows them to slip out of other designs' clutches. This design tightens down on the belt as the screws are tightened, providing a 2-piece design's benefits and a one-piece design's simplicity. It features very close tolerances, so be aware that factory belts with steel bands likely won't fit in this version.
