Anet A8 - Y-Axe Tensioner for M5 pulley
thingiverse
After testing most of the y-tensioners available, I ended up making my own every time. Why? It's because some are too weak and break easily - in comparison to my design standards, I won't mention specific models. Others don't fit properly due to being designed for earlier Anet A8 versions. Some designs have a 0.9mm gap from the frame, which is more than what I consider acceptable. This y-tensioner has a 0.1mm spacing that fits my early 2018 Anet A8 model perfectly. You'll need four M3x16mm screws and four M3 nuts for assembly, along with an M5x25mm screw to secure the pulley in place. The holes on these parts are 4.6mm wide, so no additional nut is required.
