Welcome and sorry for my bad English, This design is made to replace the axis Y acrylic with a frame widely inspired of the Prusa i3. The assembly is easy and little expensive, I was able to reuse all of the metallic parts of the original frame, I just had to buy 2 M10 threaded rods and all the nuts washers that made them up. PROS: - Little expensive and full compatible with the Anet A8 - In certain cases reduction of the vibrations - Improvement of the stability of the heating bed - Possibility of precise regulation of the squareness - Possibility of installing a deeper heating bed by changing the smooth rods and install longer M10 threaded rods. CONS: - It is not one, but it will be necessary to enlarge the holes in which pass the current threaded rods M8 - You have to change your belt by a longer
