I purchased these "Original Prusa Rods" for the X-Axis: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Z1CPQJY And I redesigned Leo_N's X-Carriage Mounts to accommodate them. I added an alternative cable routing for the micro-switch. The rods are secured with 15mm M4 and 20mm M3 screws without nuts, utilizing self-tapping technology. The right mount features a holder for my webcam (5mm spacing) or any other accessory I want to attach. When printing, I encountered the "all inner holes are 0.4mm too small" issue in Simplify 3D; so I enlarged all inner holes by 0.4mm as needed. The RSDOC files have been added for easy resizing using DesignSpark Mechanical. I exported the STL file with a 1.5° twist to achieve perfect curves and circles (see screenshot). I created two "with helper" versions, which include circles at the corners for the first layer, with a height of 0.16mm. These are designed for anti-wrap prevention and are easy to remove. I also included my version of the belt tensioner with a 64.2mm spacing, modified to accommodate an 8.5mm width bearing with teeth.
