Hey, I thought it was time to replace those outdated idlers! This is a modified version of freemark's x-belt tensioner that has been upgraded with a conical mount for the bearing of the idler. To complete this project, you will need the following components: 1x GT2 toothed idler with: 5mm inner hole diameter 20 teeth 18mm outer diameter 9mm thickness You'll also require the following hardware: 1x M5 screw (must be longer than 16mm) 1x M5 nut 2x M4 screws (30mm long) 2x M4 nuts For more detailed information, please refer to the readme file of the original tensioner. Note: A 3mm axle version has been added. Important hint: If you're using a modern Anet A8, be aware that some models might not have 3D printed parts. Check the remixes for your specific model if it features injection-molded components! Print Settings: Printer: Anet A8 Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 15%
