Anet A8 x-belt tensioner revised

This upgraded x-belt tensioner implements a few key modifications for my Anet A8 kit, which I purchased in Q4 2017. * The distance between the outer dimensions of the two arms that insert into the x-axis holder has been increased to prevent it from moving vertically. * Adjustment bolts were designed as M5, making them easier to obtain. * The depth of the holder was reduced slightly to accommodate 25mm bolts, which were also easier to find.
