Everything is printed, installed, and it all works. I will add a photo at a later date once I finalize the studs. These use the following parts: 16 or 24-toothed idler with a 3mm bore (up to a total of 10mm wide), more teeth should fit as well because I left enough room, I need to buy one. Here's one that ships from China: https://www.ebay.com/itm/253526857430 and here's one that ships from the USA: https://www.ebay.com/itm/322526472332 M3 Hex nut: 1 piece M3 nylon lock nut: 2 pieces M3 Screw 21-22mm: 1 piece Long M3 Screw up to 58mm length: 1 piece (I'm using a 50mm screw left over from another project) Optional parts: Flat washers, up to 2 Tool oil This is designed to capture the all nuts, so they don't fall out during install/serviceing. #### Assembly #### 1. Put 1 nylon lock nut all the way onto the long screw and press fit this into the knob. 2. Slide a plain nut in the arm and adjust the hole. 3. Put the assembled knob into arm and screw through the placed nut. 4. Once sufficiently threaded, pull plain nut into recess in arm. 5. Assemble idler and belt using other nylon lock nut and shorter screw 6. Press the 2 clips into the mount then slide into the right side of the X gantry, the clips should sit on the rods. If mount is resting on the white plastic, print longer clips. 7. Put the arm in place and screw the assembled knob in place. If there's too much friction, put 1 washer between the knob and mount. If still too much friction, put 2 washers on. If still too much friction, then put a drop of 3-in-1 tool oil between the washers.
