Anet A8 X-Belt Tensioner
thingiverse
I didn't like the limited movement of the actual tensioner on the designs using 3mm bolts, so I redesigned it with 8mm screws that push directly onto the X-carriage rods. NOTE: If the bolt fits too loosely, adjust your extrusion percentage or upscale the bolt by 1%. 13/08/2017: The updated v2 has a larger 11mm opening to accommodate a 9mm teethed idler pulley wheel. These are the ones I used: http://www.ebay.com/itm/301834183849 Print Settings: Printer: Anet A8 Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 25%
