This is a custom plate for installing a J-Head Extruder and a capacitive sensor. Print both files, but don't worry about supports or other features - they're not necessary. Infill settings depend on your chosen material, so use your best judgment. I printed it with CR-PLA at 20% infill without any issues. You'll also need to add some M3 washers, which shouldn't be a problem for most Anet users who have plenty of extras lying around.
