Anet A8 - X-Axis CableChain Carriage with Z bracket
thingiverse
This is my version of the X-Axis chain chassis upgrades for the Anet A8, featuring a cable chain positioned behind the Y rod and worm gear to simplify access to the z adjustment screw while also placing it above the extruder where it won't obstruct the changed fan position. The setup sits perfectly out of the way of the control panel even when printing tall things. Requirements: - M4x20 (minimum) with M4 nut for the adjustment screw - Zip ties can be used to hold the chain chassis backside to the X-motor to prevent any flexing Source: - Anet a8 X-axis cable chain with z end-stop (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2115095 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1479176) - Z Adjustable Endstop (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1479176) - Anet A8 alternative 40mm Extruder Fan Mount (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1749614)
