Refactored the Chain Fence from the [Anet A8 X-axis Cable Chain](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:398515) to print in two parts. This allows the Fence component to print upright which smooths out the vertical wall, reducing slip/stick friction on the chain/fence interface. Also redesigned the back with a more pronounced curve so as not to catch on the edge of chain links. The parts fit together using [Slide Insert Connectors](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4745759).
