PRINT: X1 Tensioner X2 3mm Caps (Optional) ADDITIONAL: X3 3mm x ≥25mm bolt X3 3mm nuts X1 3mm washer (Recommended for Perfect Alignment) I upgraded this tensioner to eliminate its tendency to shift forward or backward, causing the belt to rub against it. By lengthening, heightening, and widening the two bars, I matched their dimensions more closely to the manifold's space. The result is a perfectly centered belt with no wobble or play. Add X1 3mm washer to the tensioner's front side when replacing the bearing for optimal alignment. I also refined the edges and design for aesthetics. Consider adding X1 3mm cap to the bolt on the horizontal X-axis bars, filling any indent left by the Z-carriage. This is entirely optional but helps center the bolts and may enhance stability. It also eliminates metal-on-metal contact.
