This remix of ToXIc's X axis belt tensioner version fits seamlessly in the newer injection molded x carriage. The original design was too large, requiring extensive sanding to get it to fit snugly, and even then, it remained tight. The bolts on the original model also didn't mesh well, necessitating a 4% scale-up to make them functional. In this revised version, the bolts fit perfectly as long as the printer is properly calibrated. Many users have reported the bolts being overly tight when printed at full capacity; if you're experiencing this issue, try scaling down the bolts to around 97-98% for optimal results. To achieve a smooth print, I used 25% infill for the main piece and 50% infill for the bolts, with no supports required on either component.
