This is a remake of Luke_O's design, after reviewing comments addressing malfunctions after extended usage periods, I incorporated small gussets into the base and reinforced the sled . The shaft that the belt wraps around has been enlarged slightly and a wall has been added along its entire length to minimize flexibility overall. This modification makes it somewhat more challenging to thread the belt around the shaft, so you will need to trim the end of the belt at an angle to facilitate threading. Credit goes to Luke_O for creating a simple and compact solution to tension the X-Axis belt . It was great to find something that didn't overcomplicate the problem and didn't require longer belts to install. Thanks are due to Luke_O.
