I've designed this tensioner myself after I had trouble printing someone else's design, which lost about 10mm from the right side of my bed. That's why mine has a shorter front but it's still strong enough. I've hung a 2L (2Kg) bottle of water to demonstrate this. You can see pictures of my printed PETG model. The two bolts on this design are M5 Flange Head, with 16mm long ones and standard M5 nuts. A Knob Bolt is an M4 bolt with a Loc-Nut screwed onto the head before being inserted into the knob. It should be at least 50mm long, along with one standard M4 nut. The End bolt is an M3 Cap Head, requiring a minimum of 18mm in length.
