Anet A8 vertical bowden mount
thingiverse
I set out to position my A8 extruder above the display exactly as planned, with the spool holder firmly attached to the wall behind the printer. With a successful first test printed in .3mm resolution, I was pleased to see that the part fit perfectly and I decided to keep it as is. Depending on the screws holding your display in place, you may need to replace them. To maintain the acrylic backplate of the display, I recommend using 35mm thread length screws. If you choose not to keep the backplate, 30mm thread length screws will be sufficient.
