Anet A8 variable X stepper cover with adjustable end-stop

This simple cover protects the X stepper for Anet A8 and features an additional matching end-stop mount. To fit the end-stop into the mount, holes need to be drilled to accommodate 3 mm screws for models with a 10 mm hole distance. Since the Adjuster can be any device with a 3 mm screw attached, I won't design one; instead, use any bed leveling screw you have on hand or purchase a ready-made knob online.
