Anet A8 | V6 (china) Bowden Carriage *No changes to firmware*

If you print this thing and find it useful, please consider hitting that "Tip Designer" button - it would make my day! <3. No supports needed, except for the clip and even then it was fine! This is designed for a 64mm V6 J Head extruder. Measuring from nozzle tip to the top (excluding nut at the top), I've got this just right. What makes my carriage stand out from TNS? No need to tweak your firmware! The V6 mount has been shifted over 10mm to the left, so you're good to go without any changes. This meant moving the fan to the right - and I've included a special fan duct for this purpose. I upgraded the clamp for the V6. Now you can use two 20cm M3 bolts that slide in through the front, securing them with two M3 nuts on either side. It makes the fitting much more secure. For the plate/carriage, no supports are needed. The slots for the nuts printed perfectly for me, and I made them slightly larger to accommodate lock nuts - but that seems a bit overkill. The two m3 bolts you attach the belt to at the back now have holes that go right through the carriage, making it easy to secure them. The fan duct is a modified version, but it fits the 64mm V6 extruder perfectly. It's 2mm above the plastic for optimal airflow. I added some cable tidying slots and areas for cable ties. Check the actual STL - I made some changes after printing my own. Nuts & Bolts needed: Carriage = 12pcs M4 bolts, threaded section 15mm Clip = 2pcs M3 Bolts + 2pcs M3 Nuts Fan attachment = 2pcs x M3 30cm + 2pcs M3 Nuts
