UPDATE 2023-02-16 Altered the inner Geometry for seamless integration with compact spools. Several spools boast a continuous hole, whereas in previous models they slid back and forth. I'm utilizing this innovative spool holder: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1743397 This design cleverly reuses the original threaded rod of the Anet A8. My adapter accommodates all my utilized filament spools (diameter of 50mm). The axis is offset, yet my spools roll exceptionally smooth and light. Filament spool changes are incredibly fast and effortless. No need to disassemble any components to switch the filament spool. Simply pull out the side.
