Tensionless trolley for the X axis with a built-in tensioner eliminated, no belt tensioner in sight. Hole spacing perfectly measured at 46mm. A tried-and-tested solution on Anet A8, nothing but perfection as seen in the photo. Cut threads directly into plastic with ease, accommodating M3, M4, and M6 screws - cool off with water if needed! The screws themselves are made of sturdy plastic without any metal inserts. Precise holes can be reamed using an 8H7 reamer - don't forget to cool off with water for optimal results! A thoughtful addition to the right carriage is included in the model. Key components used: eight trapezoidal nuts (M3x12), one tensioner (M3x18), four screws (M4x4), and a single tensioner (M6x38). Printing parameters: ABS material, layer height of 0.2mm, nozzle diameter at 0.4mm.
