I wanted to try a fan that didn't blow directly on the extruder. The goal here is to create a circular airflow. The design could use some refinement in places, with some small holes that need tidying up. https://tinkercad.com/things/9b8tEON2HL3 Building with supports might be necessary if you use the stock cooling nozzle while making this on the bed only - there is enough internal support.
