ANET a8 top plate for sega frame brace(left&RIGHT)
thingiverse
The final piece of the picture comes together. With all 4 braces and the top plate on both sides, it makes the frame a whole lot stronger...a hell of a lot stronger! After printing with the whole top supported for the last two days, I no longer see any wobbling happening, and even the slightest flex is gone if your machine is on a flat surface. This should also help combat the Z-wobble problem with this machine. Tighten an M4 screw into the smooth rod to stop the rod from moving; don't over tighten, just stop when the rods are stable. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2168424 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2168309 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2166204 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2165738 Skip to 1:25 for the top plate in the video. Enjoy! Print Settings: Supports: Yes Notes: Either use supports or file the overhangs that droop down a bit... Post-Printing
