I got the idea from NieLX for the mount and Isograph for the fan mount. Big thanks guys. The main goal was to make assembling the hot end possible without actually mounting it to the printer. These things are quite tricky if you haven't ever done it, and bench assembling them is much easier. I also wanted to turn the extruder 90 degrees so I could see it better. There's a spinny wheel thing in it, and I'm easily amused by that kind of stuff. I also wanted to get the fan away from the gear box and make it more easily printable. I drew up mounts for different auto level sensors - one for the little square SN04-N prox (yes, the one nobody likes but people still use), a mount for a BLTouch, and a mount for round tube type prox switches. The mounting hole in the bracket is 16mm. The stock screws were too short, so I used 3mm screws to mount all the brackets. They fit through the stock mounting holes, and you can put a nut on the back. Here are the offsets for the sensors: BLTouch: Y 0 X -34 Round: Y 0 X -43 SN04-N: Y 0 X -39 I included my Sketchup 2016 file. If you want to customize it more, by all means feel free.
