Build a Simple Spool Holder for 8mm Threaded Rods. Having the spool on top of your printer saves space and makes spool extraction smooth. You will need: * An 8mm threaded rod * (Optional) Four 8mm bolts to keep the threaded rod in place * Your Anet A8 printer Follow these instructions: 1. Print two spool holders. 2. Place one holder on the left side of your LCD screen and one on the right side. 3. Put your spool on the rod, using spool wheels for easier spinning (you can find spool wheels on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2809320). 4. Attach the 8mm threaded rod to the top of the printed parts you just placed. 5. If you have 8mm bolts, secure them to both sides for added stability. This design is compatible with Bowden setups that use an extruder motor holder (find it on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2798839). Print at a 20% infill setting.
