This is a rework of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2019216 . This version adds additional cable management, a holder for the not-easily-accessible sensor nuts, and a design that uses the 8mm linear slider bearings to align the bracket. If you’re using a full cooling fan ring you’ll need to move to a half ring: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1954001\nSliced using Cura with standard Anet A8 settings. The bracket used normal profile, and the nut holder used high quality.\nStandard Anet A8 Cura settings can be found in the comments section of the setup video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gSXFHd-UDmE \nThe Marlin Configuration.h settings:\nI determined these offsets using the grid file "Coords mm.pdf"\ndefine X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -11 // X offset: left to right [of the nozzle]\ndefine Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 31 // Y offset: front to back [the nozzle]\nThe Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER setting should be set based on your actual results during setup. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tTl09r-E0wE . Note that the video uses Cura, but I used Repetier-Host Mac.app instead.\ndefine Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -0.6 // Z offset: below to above [the nozzle]\nUpdate: See the comment from T3rorX. T3rorX found the bed position settings I provide below to not be optimal, so they're up for debate.\nI was unsure about these four settings:\ndefine LEFT_PROBE_BED_POSITION 15\ndefine RIGHT_PROBE_BED_POSITION 195\ndefine BACK_PROBE_BED_POSITION 205\ndefine FRONT_PROBE_BED_POSITION 25\nHardware: (2) M3 x 25, (2) M3 x 20. It will work with longer versions of either, these are the exact sizes used.\nMake sure you use thread locker like https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000I1RSNS. The sensor screws can loosen causing the sensor to drift closer to the bed if it's not secured tightly, which shows up as poor first layer adhesion.\nI got the SN04-N sensor on eBay for US $7.42 (from a US vendor) and added the connector myself. It came out cheaper than some of the assembled sensors, and I ended up with a useful crimping tool for XH2.54 and JST 2.0 PH connectors.\nSensor: http://www.ebay.com/itm/351861131683\nConnector: http://www.ebay.com/itm/252489099827\nCrimping tool: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00YGLKBSK
