Anet A8 Silent E3DV6 Print Head for Noctua Fans
thingiverse
I use this printing head last time because with two Noctua Fans, it's extremely silent and powerful for cooling. Also, I made a "Service position" on this head. You can unscrew the lower bolts and swing it upward so you can clean or replace your hotend. Additionally, you can remove the whole E3D V6 extruder by unscrewing just one bolt. Used bolts are M3 and M4 bolts. You need to drill some threads in certain plastic parts. Just the M4 screw requires a nut, and there's also a spot for it. If you're unsure where to put which screw, ask in comments so others can see it too. But I think it's easy to figure out.
