ADDITIONS. Aug 6 2018: - Added an elongated version of E3Dv6 blocker for longer hotends. - Added a GT2 blocker on the rear. Aug 7 2018: - Uploaded new version fan DX/SX for elongated blower for E3Dv6 clones, which may be longer. There are single STL's and a legend for assembly. Aug 16 2018 - Uploaded new version of blower (long and short version) in only two pieces, easy to print with support. It has the same length adjustment system as last version of fan case. New Fast Hotend Change Anet A8 Mount, for stock bearings or Igus like. It's time I wondered about designing a fast extruder change to use any combination of nozzle, threaded tube full metal or with Teflon tube. You can pre-assemble ready-to-use blocks that you can mount with a couple of screws. I suggest mounting assemblies touching the bed with the nozzle so it will be easy to find the same zero Z when you reassemble that hotend on carriage mount. It has a couple of MPX connectors to help in fast hotend change without hassles, only four screws. I suggest gluing both connectors in place after checking if there is a good insertion. The female connector has to be inserted in carriage holes. There is a blocker for the E3Dv6 or clone hotend with an integrated 40mm fan support. I designed also a couple of fans, left and right version, with a new integrated blower to print in four parts and glue together without supports, only a good bridging work from your printer. It's not mandatory to mount two fans; it's your choice at the left or right side. There are some brass inserts to fuse in, and to almost avoid this thing that may be tricky, I added a nut version for E3Dv6 support. Also, if at least two M3x3mm inserts need to be used in carriage mount because there's no room to accommodate a nut on top to hang both fans. If someone has some tricks to solve it, please put them in comments. I designed some little bumps on the fan body as a gluing guide that you can cut off easily after use with a cutter. There is also a reliable cable strain relief for cables with zip tie holes to accommodate all. It's a WIP guys; I'm printing and testing all pieces to check reliability! All thoughts, issues you discover, and suggestions are welcome, especially if not clear about assembly! If someone needs 123DX files to modify, feel free to ask me. Thanks in advance; hope you enjoy...
