I basically replicated my original design but expanded the space where the idler resides to accommodate a pulley insert and two small gaps on either side of it. The pulley insert is identical to the one by TNS, which can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2138421. I used the tiny M3 spacers that came with the kit as spacers in this new setup, allowing the idler pulley to move freely without any friction. I also enlarged the radius of the fillets to 3 mm for a more sleek appearance. Like my previous design, I've included both the STL and IPT files so you can modify them according to your specific needs.
