The original design by Freemark is excellent, but I took the initiative to remix Freemark's x belt tensioner and make it my own. With Inventor, I reimagined the design with strategically placed fillets to give it a sleeker look. To cater to my specific needs, I also adjusted the bolt holes to accommodate the 3.8mm diameter bolts that I already have on hand, along with their corresponding nuts which measure 9.8mm in width from peak to peak. This modification did not alter the idler pulley hole's diameter. For those who wish to further customize this design, I've included both the .ipt file and the .stl file for easy access and manipulation.
