This Y tension is specifically designed for the Aluminum clad Anet A8 Z or S models. Although some parts on these machines are identical, others have distinct differences such as the Y pulley. The print was created using PLA with a 20% infill setting. The hardware used in this design is M3 compatible and requires a 16-tooth pulley. To secure the unit to a 2x4 board or work desk, it's recommended to print at least two hold-downs, if not four.
