Insert an M3 self-locking bolt into the toothed ring. Then attach the long M3 tapered screw provided to the bed using a small M3 lock washer that fits inside the spring. Remove the threaded metal "H" plate located under the bed by unscrewing it with a 3mm drill bit. Assemble everything and place the toothed ring on top, which can be adjusted by tightening or loosening it to regulate the bed height without needing to touch the screw.
