Anet A8 right X mount (with X rods support)
thingiverse
This is a rebuilt version of the Anet A8 right X mount. It's identical in terms of geometry, designed specifically for use with standard teethed pulleys and adjustable support for X rods. All nuts feature their hex places in plastic. To assemble this mount, two M4 lock nuts must be inserted into the X rod holes and positioned into their respective hex places. From the other side, two M4 bolts should be placed accordingly, passing through the M4 nuts and pushing against the X rods. Once the X rods are inserted, rotate the M4 bolts until the mount is in proper position. Adjusting this mount is best done when the belt is already fitted and some force is applied to shift the mount to the left, similar to my spring X belt tensioner. Next, place the Z vertical rod through the bearing but not into the down hole (keep it about 1mm above). Rotate the M4 bolts until the Z rod becomes absolutely vertical, with its end centered above the hole. Finally, slide the Z rod into the hole. Note: While ordinary M4 nuts can be used, I highly recommend using M4 lock nuts due to their ability to resist vibration and maintain adjustment.
