Very simple, just buy a toothbrush and cut it off. It's attached to one of the bolts that holds the Anet motor in place. No firmware changes are needed, as the extruder will pass through the toothbrush during printing. I printed with ABS simply because it was already installed on my printer, but PLA works perfectly fine. The brand of the toothbrush is Mentadent.
