Anet A8 (Prusa i3) X-Axis Belt Tensioner
thingiverse
Here is the rewritten text: I designed a brand new X-Axis belt tensioner from scratch in Blender, tailored specifically for Anet A8 and other Prusa i3 designs. You can use either the stock smooth pulley or a toothed GT2 16-tooth pulley with a 3mm hole. This unique tensioner doesn't bend the Z rods; instead, it utilizes the X smooth rods for support. The only extra parts required are three M3 threads and nuts. You can use whatever lengths you have on hand that fit perfectly. This design does not demand longer than the stock belt and won't hit the extruder when printing at X=220. When slicing your model, make sure to leave objects as they are without rotating them - doing so will weaken their structure - and enable supports everywhere.
