I really liked other designs like this one, but my belt was 1.5mm thick and wouldn't fit them. So I redesigned it, optimizing the belt angles and curves to make it fit smoothly while maintaining optimal tension and printing without any anomalies. It works perfectly now. I've included the Fusion 360 file so you can import and modify it for different needs if necessary. Print Settings: Printer: Anet A8 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.80 Infill: 100% Notes: You probably don't need 100% infill, but this small part has a lot of tension on it. It took about two hours to print at these settings. A higher resolution should allow the top chamfering to come through and enable the belt to slide in easily while remaining tight. I recommend printing slightly hotter than normal to maximize inter-layer bonding and avoid any bridging issues. Post-Printing: When attaching the second side of the belt, grip it with needle-nose pliers and pull it around the loop. While you want it plenty tight, if your carriage rails start sliding out of the side then you've made it way too tight and it will affect your Z-Axis severely.
