I'm upgrading my Anet A8 Prusa I3 printer's x-axis to use a GT2 belt and a custom-built tensioner. The YouTube video at 300 seconds explains the process, but here are the details: I designed and printed the new tensioner using PLA filament. It has an adjustable screw that tightens the GT2 belt against the axis' pulley.
