Update 01/29/2017 Added model for a 15x15mm profile. I haven't tested it yet, so please let me know if there are any issues. The profile should fit tightly into the fixture. Update 10/23/2016 During assembly, I realized that assembling on screws would work better, as using nuts would require constant tightening or a thread locker. I removed the ears and attached the clips directly to the vertical profile. In the side panels, I drilled three holes - two new ones and one existing hole below the power cable hole. I simply re-drilled it. Since my power supply is separate, the clips don't interfere. It's better not to clamp the horizontal profiles immediately; instead, try them on first. I revised the model. The rigidity along the X-axis has improved significantly, but I'm unsure how to evaluate it - by hand, it doesn't shift anymore. Ideally, extend the vertical profiles up to the base where the printer stands, so that from the power cable holes to the base is about 294mm long. This would make the side panels almost as rigid as they could be. Update: Failed clamping holds enough Added breakout wall for printing, plastic sag Anet A8 protection against lateral vibrations on axis X Protection at the distance between side walls - 294mm Used four aluminum profiles of 14x14mm by 250mm.
