Anet A8+ Power Supply Fan Shroud
thingiverse
This is designed in millimeters. If your slicer expects inches when you import this, it will be very tiny and you'll have to scale it by a factor of 25.4 (or 2540%). This fan shroud directs airflow away from the print bed on Anet A8+ power supplies, resolving quality issues with prints, especially tall objects in vase mode. It also reduces noise from the power supply fan as an added benefit. I observed similar designs here that used magnets or required screw removal from the power supply for attachment. This shroud simply snaps over the top without any modifications. Anet has released multiple versions of their power supplies. I've included a template to print, allowing you to verify if this design fits your specific model before wasting time and filament on a full print. Simply snap the template onto your power supply's top to check the fit. If it's satisfactory, proceed with printing the complete shroud.
