ANET A8 Power Supply Cover with Switch(es) and Plug
thingiverse
This power supply cover with switch(es) and plug is designed for use with the ANET A8, which comes equipped with a S-240-12 power supply. It's essential to note that the inrush current of the S-240-12 is 15A, exceeding the steady-state current value for the transformer. Inrush current is the maximum instantaneous input current drawn by the transformer when it is first turned on. As a result, switches and plugs should be rated at least 15A. Two versions of this design are available: one with a single switch designed as an on/off power switch, and another with two switches functioning as both an on/off power switch and on/off light switch. These covers were specifically designed for use with the following components: 1. KCD3 toggle switch (20A). I used one KCD3 and one 85920. 2. IEC C14 plug (15A).
