Anet A8 Power Supply Cover

Anet A8 Power Supply Cover

Yet another power supply cover, but this one is a game-changer. I was searching for a design that placed the inlet on the left side over the 120v outlet for easier wiring and safety, and finally found it. Some key improvements include moving the inlet to the left where it belongs. This simple change makes a big difference, especially when working with sensitive electronics. The front of the cover is now brought out three-quarters of an inch, making it flush with the side panel. Not only does this create a more seamless look, but it also provides additional space for the inlet and wiring in general. A thoughtful touch is the addition of a screw hole on the left side that allows you to mount the power supply cover directly to the printer frame. This eliminates the need to drill holes into the power supply itself or remove the entire unit from the frame just to access it. The only drawback is that you will need to drill into the frame. The bottom of the cover features strategically placed holes for securing cables with tie-downs, keeping your workspace tidy and organized.
