I got an idea to use plastic strips for mounting the fan on the power supply, and now I've made it a reality. The design is based on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1865875. The issue of power supply overheating is a pressing problem for Anet A8 users, so it's essential to tackle it first. You don't need to gain experience with PLA or ABS before making this solution - you can skip the practice of printing a fan cover and risk burning down your flat like I did. Instead, use plastic strips without a fan cover, as shown in the picture below. It's simple yet effective.
