This mod is designed to correct an issue in the Z axis frame. It moves and fails to align orthogonally due to a problem in my printer's setup, which was off by approximately 4 degrees. I drew inspiration from this design on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3686755 created by 3Define. However, I decided to simplify the component count, with one notable exception - you'll need to thread the sides of your printer's V slot profile. To implement this mod, you will require: 2 x M8 threaded rods measuring 500 mm long 8 x M8 bolts 4 x M8 washers 4 x M5x20 screws along with an Allen key and a small washer (verify that your printer uses either M5 or M6 screws on the center side of its V slot profile) For printing, PETG offers sufficient stiffness. PLA can also be used if desired. First, thread your printer's profile. Next, assemble the parts according to the provided photo. Once assembled, attach it to your printer and then trim any excess material. Finally, verify that orthogonality is achieved by using a cellphone app for accurate measurement. EDIT: On October 20th, 2020, I added a front part with similar instructions as the back part but utilizing longer screws.
