Anet A8 Plus X axis belt clamp

As part of my ongoing upgrade of my A8 Plus, this is a clamp for the X-axis belt on the carriage. This replaces the stock (rather poor) part with a solid one and removes the tensioning facility in favour of an external tensioner (which I've already published as https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4505148) This design has belt grips built in so that the belt can simply be slotted into place from each side and then tensioned in place.
